I live Ottawa Ontario with my husband and our three daughters. My roots are from the North Shore of Quebec. Even though I don’t presently reside there, I am always coaster proud.
I have been influenced from a young age to cook by my mother who made everything she touched in the kitchen taste like nobody else could. She thought me how to make traditional dishes from our region, but also encouraged me to try new recipes from the many cookbooks she collected. All the recipes you find here are recipes that I serve to my family and friends. I hope you enjoy them as much as we do.
